Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls


  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup lemon curd for drizzling


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle of dough.
  5. Roll up the dough triangles starting from the wider end and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Optionally, drizzle with lemon curd before serving.
