Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a generous tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
- Sprinkle a few fresh blueberries onto the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, then roll up the dough starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
