  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wider end of each triangle, then sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Roll the dough up starting from the wider end and tuck the ends under to enclose the filling.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush each roll with beaten egg to give it a nice golden color when baked.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
