- 1 large head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove any loose outer leaves from the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Arrange the cabbage steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and edges are slightly browned.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cabbage steaks.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
