Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Remove any loose or tough outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices (steaks) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the cabbage slices generously with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the edges are golden brown.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cabbage steaks during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
