- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, applesauce, and vegetable oil.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
