Homemade Electrolyte Drink


  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice


  1. In a large pitcher, dissolve the honey and salt in the water.
  2. Add the orange juice and lemon juice, and stir well to combine.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for immediate hydration.
  4. Stir before serving as natural ingredients may settle at the bottom.
