Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- In a large pitcher, dissolve the honey and salt in the water.
- Add the orange juice and lemon juice, and stir well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for immediate hydration.
- Stir before serving as natural ingredients may settle at the bottom.
