Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie


  • 1 pre-made chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well blended and smooth.
  2. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the chocolate cookie crust.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer, then pour it over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for one minute, then stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups or a sprinkle of sea salt.
