Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the halved baby potatoes to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and tender. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and allow it to melt.
- Add the steak pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the potatoes and steak to the skillet, along with the dried thyme and rosemary. Stir to coat everything in the garlic butter sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
