Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add shrimp and sprinkle with paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
