Chicken Dressing Casserole

  1. Ingredients:
    • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
    • 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix
    • 1 cup chicken broth
    • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup diced onions
    • 1/2 cup diced celery
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour and garlic powder.
    3. Stir in the onions, celery, garlic powder, dried sage, salt, and pepper.
    4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
    5. Spread evenly and cover with aluminum foil.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
    7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
    8. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
