- Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, stuffing mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, sour and garlic powder.
- Stir in the onions, celery, garlic powder, dried sage, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread evenly and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
