Directions:
- In a shaker, combine the coconut rum, melon liqueur, blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and heavy cream.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into shot glasses.
- Top each shot with a small dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish with a chunk of pineapple on a small skewer or toothpick.
