- Ingredients:

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, and black pepper.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated in the marinade.
- Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
