This hearty and savoury with loads of nutritious veggies are pretty easy to throw together and is ready in under 45 minutes! Warm your cold nights with a hot bowl of this filling, comforting Vegetable Soup.
My family’s favourite go-to soup for cold days and my number one choice – made with healthful potatoes, corn, green beans, celery, carrots, and onions in a seasoned chicken broth. This soup recipe is pretty versatile because you can add whatever veggies are available. Or even use leftover veggies! Make this on the stovetop in no time or the slow cooker or instant pot if desired.
