- Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, making sure it is evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh chives on top, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
