Three Cheese Quiche

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 pre-made pie crust
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives (optional)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until well combined.
    3. Stir in the salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
    4. Spread the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
    5. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese, making sure it is evenly distributed.
    6. Sprinkle chopped fresh chives on top, if using.
    7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
    8. Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
