Red Lobster Crab Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup crabmeat, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and carefully hollow out the caps to make room for the stuffing.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, green onions, celery, parmesan cheese, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the crab mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
