Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust, sealing the seams.
- Spread the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent roll crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions. Serve with sour cream if desired.
