Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust, sealing the seams.
  5. Spread the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent roll crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions. Serve with sour cream if desired.
