Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies (No Bake)

  1. Ingredients:
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups cornflakes
  • Optional: Chocolate chips or sprinkles for topping

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine corn syrup and sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil and the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the cornflakes until they are all evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets. If desired, top with chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  5. Allow the cookies to set at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
