No-Bake Banana Split Cake

  1. Ingredients:
    • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/2 cup room temperature cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup room temperature unsalted butter
    • 4 bananas, sliced
    • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
    • 2 cups whipped cream
    • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
    • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

    Directions:

    1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
    2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
    3. In another bowl, beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
    4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
    5. Layer the sliced bananas and drained pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
    6. Spread whipped cream over the fruit layer.
    7. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the whipped cream, and then distribute the maraschino cherries on top.
    8. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the entire cake.
    9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cake to set.
    10. Serve chilled.
