- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup room temperature cream cheese
- 1/2 cup room temperature unsalted butter
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
- Layer the sliced bananas and drained pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread whipped cream over the fruit layer.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the whipped cream, and then distribute the maraschino cherries on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the entire cake.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cake to set.
- Serve chilled.
