Garlic Feta Dip

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    • Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


    1. In a food processor, blend the feta cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano until smooth.
    2. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
    3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
    4. Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh parsley if using.
    5. Serve chilled with vegetable sticks, pita chips, or as a spread for sandwiches.
