Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges


  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the potato wedges.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
