Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and basil. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and black pepper. Gently toss to combine.
- Spoon the avocado tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired and serve immediately.
