- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)

- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended.
- Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- If using, stir in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving, if desired.
