Crispy Butter Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter

  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, papizza, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Fry the chicken breasts in the melted butter for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess butter.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
