Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions:
- Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, papizza, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts in the melted butter for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess butter.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
