Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound spicy pork sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the sausage and cream cheese together.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sausage mixture, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy as an appetizer or party snack.
