Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge


  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper and cut into squares.
