Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Line an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 2-3 hours.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper and cut into squares.
