Directions:
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread an even layer of mashed potatoes on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and green onions over the mashed potatoes. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot with sour cream and salsa on the side.
