Ingredients:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Arrange triangles with points towards the center on a greased 12-inch pizza pan, overlapping dough edges.
- Press overlapping dough to seal and form a round crust, covering the pan completely.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the crescent dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Top with salsa and sprinkle evenly with both cheeses.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with sour cream, green onions, and black olives if desired.
