- Ingredients:
- 10 slices white or whole wheat bread
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim the crusts from the bread slices and use a rolling pin to flatten each slice.
- Spoon a small amount of apple pie filling onto one end of each slice of bread. Roll up tightly, starting from the filling end.
- In a shallow dish, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Dip each roll-up in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
