Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups


  • 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the chicken slices flat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing on each chicken slice.
  4. Place a slice of bacon on top of each chicken slice.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and green onions over the bacon.
  6. Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Place the chicken rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  9. Warm the tortillas, then wrap each chicken roll in a tortilla.
  10. Slice each roll-up in half and serve.
