Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the chicken slices flat and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a tablespoon of ranch dressing on each chicken slice.
- Place a slice of bacon on top of each chicken slice.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and green onions over the bacon.
- Roll up the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the chicken rolls seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Warm the tortillas, then wrap each chicken roll in a tortilla.
- Slice each roll-up in half and serve.
