Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda until well combined.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Form the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each.
  4. Place dough balls in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave space between each for expansion. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Flatten the balls slightly with the back of a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool in the basket for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
