Tipsy Texan Cocktail


  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 4 oz iced tea
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish


  1. In a shaker, combine bourbon whiskey, peach schnapps, and fresh lemon juice.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until the mixture is well chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into an ice-filled glass.
  4. Top with iced tea and stir gently to mix.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.
