Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Tortilla chips for serving
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions, jalapeños, and diced tomato.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
