Texas Trash Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, and taco seasoning until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions, jalapeños, and diced tomato.
  7. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
