Lemon Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 4 rectangles. Pinch the seams together to seal them.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, lemon zest, egg yolk, and flour until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each rectangle of dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll up each rectangle starting from the long side, then shape each roll into a spiral or a coil.
- Place the danishes onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the danishes are baking, prepare the lemon glaze by mixing the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl until smooth.
- Allow the danishes to cool slightly, then drizzle with the lemon glaze before serving.
