Ingredients:
- 2 cups strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 (3 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cotton candy, preferably pink
Directions:
- In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin and vanilla pudding mix in 1/2 cup of boiling water. Stir thoroughly until completely mixed.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, fold in the whipped topping gently to keep the mixture fluffy.
- Add the chopped strawberries and miniature marshmallows to the gelatin and pudding mixture. Mix gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, gently fold in the cotton candy, allowing it to partially melt and swirl into the salad.
- Serve chilled for a whimsical and delightful dessert.
