Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, all-purpose flour, melted butter, and chopped pecans to make the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
