Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
- Layer each bun with corned beef, sauerkraut, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Spread Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
- Place the top half of the buns on each slider.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are slightly toasted.
- Serve warm.
