Reuben Sliders


  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
  3. Layer each bun with corned beef, sauerkraut, and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Spread Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the buns on each slider.
  6. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are slightly toasted.
  8. Serve warm.
