Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (optional for drizzle)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup granulated sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and Butterfinger candy bars.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Store in the refrigerator.
