Raspberry Tiramisu


  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Additional raspberries for garnish


  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the mascarpone into the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, blend the raspberry jam with 2 tablespoons of water to thin it out slightly.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mixture of brewed coffee and coffee liqueur, ensuring they are not overly soaked.
  5. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a rectangular serving dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Dot with half of the raspberry jam mixture and sprinkle with fresh raspberries.
  8. Repeat the layering with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone, jam, and raspberries.
  9. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  10. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh raspberries.
