Raspberry Push Pop Pudding

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 2 cups cold milk
    • 1 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
    • 1 cup whipped cream
    • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • Push pop molds
    Directions:
    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
    2. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed raspberries with the raspberry jam and vanilla extract.
    3. Gently fold the raspberry mixture into the vanilla pudding until well combined.
    4. Layer the raspberry pudding mixture and whipped cream alternately into push pop molds, starting with the pudding mixture.
    5. Freeze the push pops for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
    6. Serve straight from the freezer for a cool and refreshing treat.
