- Ingredients:
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, mashed
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Push pop molds
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mashed raspberries with the raspberry jam and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the raspberry mixture into the vanilla pudding until well combined.
- Layer the raspberry pudding mixture and whipped cream alternately into push pop molds, starting with the pudding mixture.
- Freeze the push pops for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Serve straight from the freezer for a cool and refreshing treat.
