Quick Stir-Fry Veggies


  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds or chopped nuts for garnish


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  3. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until they are just tender but still crisp.
  4. Pour the soy sauce over the vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with sesame seeds or nuts if using.
  6. Serve hot, ideal as a side dish or over rice for a quick meal.
