Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Top with the buttered cracker crumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
