Million Dollar Chicken Casserole


  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Top with the buttered cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
