4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise (use plain Greek yoghurt instead of the mayo for a healthier option)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
HOW TO MAKE MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHICKEN
Step 1: Combine the mayonnaise (or yoghurt), cheese, and the seasonings in a bowl.
Step 2: On top of both chicken breasts, evenly spread the mixture.
Step 3: Transfer the breasts into a baking dish. Place inside 375 degrees preheated oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
