Ingredients:
- 8 Krispy Kreme donuts
- 4 cups sliced fresh peaches (or 2 cans of sliced peaches, drained)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the Krispy Kreme donuts into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Toss to coat the peaches well.
- Pour the peach mixture over the donut pieces, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the heavy cream over the top of the peach and donut mixture.
- Pour the melted butter over the entire dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are tender.
- Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
