Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the buttered dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before cutting into breadsticks.
