How To Make Grandma’s 3-Ingredient Oven Baked Pork Chops
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Pat pork chops dry, season with pepper, and sear in oil 2–3 min per side until browned.
- Whisk cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water/milk in a bowl.
- Arrange chops in a baking dish; pour sauce over, coating evenly.
- Cover tightly with foil; bake at 300°F for 1.5–2 hours until fork-tender.
- Uncover, raise oven to 375°F, bake 10–15 more minutes to thicken and lightly brown sauce.
- Rest 5 minutes, then serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes: Bone-in chops hold up better than boneless over the long bake. Add sliced fresh mushrooms to the sauce before baking for extra texture.
Serve warm and enjoy!
