Ingredients:
- 1 package of large marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 package graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
- 1 cup pancake batter, prepared according to package instructions
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Insert a chocolate chip into the center of each marshmallow.
- Dip the stuffed marshmallows into the pancake batter, ensuring they are completely coated.
- Roll the batter-coated marshmallows in the crushed graham cracker crumbs.
- Carefully drop the marshmallows into the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving while still warm.
