Fried S’mores Bombs


  • 1 package of large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
  • 1 cup pancake batter, prepared according to package instructions
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting


  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Insert a chocolate chip into the center of each marshmallow.
  3. Dip the stuffed marshmallows into the pancake batter, ensuring they are completely coated.
  4. Roll the batter-coated marshmallows in the crushed graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Carefully drop the marshmallows into the hot oil and fry for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving while still warm.
