Fluffy Air Fryer Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Use a small round cutter to cut out the centers of each biscuit to form donut shapes. You can save the cut-out centers to make donut holes.
  3. Place the donuts and donut holes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry the donuts for 5-6 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Donut holes may take less time, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. While the donuts are cooking, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
  6. Once the donuts are done, immediately brush them with melted butter and then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
