Fajita Vegetables


  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until they start to soften and caramelize, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and spices are fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot, perfect as a side dish or in fajitas.
