Ingredients:
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green), sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until they start to soften and caramelize, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and spices are fragrant.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, perfect as a side dish or in fajitas.
