Ingredients:
- 4 cups seedless grapes, mixed red and green, washed and dried
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, for topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, for topping
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the grapes to the bowl and gently mix until all the grapes are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
- Transfer the salad to a serving dish.
- Combine the brown sugar and chopped pecans in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the top of the salad just before serving.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled, before serving.
