Creamy Grape Salad


  • 4 cups seedless grapes, mixed red and green, washed and dried
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, for topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, for topping


  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add the grapes to the bowl and gently mix until all the grapes are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
  3. Transfer the salad to a serving dish.
  4. Combine the brown sugar and chopped pecans in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the top of the salad just before serving.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled, before serving.
